B1, Venus Apartments – only 15km from Dalaman Airport

This Duplex apartment is the most fortunate of the 12 apartments in this “small complex” having the same spectacular views fro its own balconies.  It  is on the Ground and first floor, giving it easy access to the pool.  One of only four apartments in the building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, lots of storage space and very large balcony, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning facilities. Additionally there are 2 “bathrooms”.

The kitchen has its own small balcony and dining table seating 4 people. The large living area has seating for 6, with another large balcony with a table and seating for 4. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area, but we don’t advertise for 6 staying as the apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday for 2-4 people.  If however your party consists of 6 people, we will consider the booking for an additional £50pw, to cover the extra costs for air-conditioning etc.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday for your family or 4 friends. The village and sandy beach of Sarigerme is close enough to walk for a more livelier time but far enough away if you just want a restful holiday. Domus services run to Ortaca, where buses go to Fethiye, Marmaris and on to pretty well anywhere in Turkey!

Outside there is a large pool (1 May to 31 Oct), with a child pool, with its own traditional Turkish barbecue . There is lots of space around the pool which shared by the 12 apartments in 3 buildings.

There is a car park for 6 Cars below part of the Pool area. Close to the car part is the entrance to the restaurant of a Turkish Boutique Hotel, which also provides free Wireless Internet.

All bedding and towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned and linen changed prior to your arrival. Reclining sunbeds are also provided.

Our English speaking Turkish agents will meet you on arrival and will be on hand to help you with any query you may have. We can even arrange a taxi from the Airport if you wish.

Non-refundable deposit of 20% of rental fee 3+ months before your stay to secure booking and remaining 80% six weeks before your stay.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment.This will be refunded two-three weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The weekly rates includes FREE end of stay apartment cleaning – only stays of 6 nights or less will incur a £35 charge for the end of stay clean.

Our agent (at no charge) will meet you at the apartment with a key and will be there to say goodbye and take your key when you leave. They can also arrange transfers from the airport to and from the apartment if required. (Currently 3 or less people Taxi £30, 4+ people £35 each way) Please ask when you book, and we can provide you with the details of this additional cost.
