We provide UK Property management services for freeholders, flats self-management companies and groups.

Our standard facilities include:

  • Collection of ground rents and service charges
  • Use of a Client Bank account
  • Preparing service charge budgets and financial forecasts
  • Organising building insurance, including valuations and claims handling
  • Site visits
  • Liaison with residents on all matters
  • Facilitation and attendance of annual/six monthly meetings
  • Preparation of year end accounts and returns
  • Regular meetings or reports to Freeholders

Addition facilities include:

  • Arrangement of all Flat Management functions and negotiation of associated contracts
  • Supervision of building works
  • Supervision of contracts covering gardening, cleaning and day to day management
  • Dealing with assignments and notices
  • Company Secretarial services
