Woodsdale Property Ltd, Company number 05639309 was incorporated 29 November 2005

The director, Frauke Golding a qualified accountant was asked to manage a Block of flats near were she lived in the village of Four Marks.  As Frauke wanted to provide a expert professional service she felt that this should only be done through a dedicated business.  Woodsdale Property has gone on to successfully manage other blocks of flats and other properties.

A year later, Frauke found that she had some excess savings  and wanted to find a way of investing in holiday property.  Frauke discussed it with a few friends, clients and family members, and a number of them decided they also would like to do the same, however they did not have very much excess cash they could invest.  So Frauke decided to sell shares in Woodsdale Property Ltd and the cash used to purchase the shares would then be ring fenced specifically to purchase holiday property.  So in 2006 Frauke purchased an off plan apartment on the Turquoise Coast, Turkey.  The apartment was completed in 2008,  and is currently used by the shareholders for holidays as well as commercially rented through the Holidaylettings.co.uk website

Woodsdale Property Ltd is continually looking for new investors to purchase its shares.  With this investment, it is able to purchase additional properties in more countries. In turn this also enables all the shareholders to have exotic holidays in all  the countries the company owns properties.
